Project Coordinator (Quality Assurance)

JOB SUMMARY

Under general direction, serves as Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure established quality standards and program compliance for HEAP and PIPP assistance eligibility are achieved through ongoing monitoring, application review, and proposing measures to correct or improve processes and service delivery. Responsibilities and essential job duties include: assist with the program maintaining a standard of excellence; track, collect, verify participant data and activity records; monitor activities involved with HEAP and PIPP (compliance, quality, customer service); conduct reviews of client files; review online and mailed applications processed for appropriateness of approvals and/or denials; provide technical assistance to staff and others, as needed; maintain program record-keeping; provide communication to program and/or administrative staff and participants; utilize word processing and/or computer equipment in performance of duties; assist with day-to-day operations and other projects, as assigned; compose documents; assist in preparation of statistical reports, presentations, memos, and other related documents and functions; perform other related duties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of four-year degree in Social Services, Business Management or related field; minimum two years of related experience (program monitoring, tracking and providing training and technical assistance); proficient computer/word processing aptitude (i.e. ability to work in MS Applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook); excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet deadline; valid State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation (minimal travel may be required for training). Pre-employment drug screen, criminal background checks and post-employment physical conducted.

HIRE Rate

$40,206.40 - $59,758.40 Annualized (Pay Level 24) 

CLASSIFICATION

Regular, Full-time, Non-exempt

Year-around, Monday-Friday
