JOB SUMMARY
In accordance with regulations and agency/program guidelines, the Project Coordinator ensures quality and compliant outreach service delivery of emergency services, home relief services and energy/utility assistance through program coordination, eligibility determination oversight, staff supervision, ongoing monitoring and reporting. Responsibilities and essential job duties include: supervision and evaluation of staff as they conduct assessment, intake and eligibility determination activities; verify eligibility documentation for compliance and accuracy; ensure exemplary customer service; conduct staff training; plan, develop, and establish program goals and objectives; implement strategies to meet established goals and objectives; prepare reports; monitor and evaluate implementation of program components and service delivery and recommend strategies for continuous strengthening; perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Completion of four-year degree in Human Services, Business Services, Social Work or related discipline and two (2) years’ experience in a social service agency; supervision experience; proficient computer/word processing aptitude (i.e. ability to work in MS Applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook); excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet deadline; valid State of Ohio Driver’s License and transportation (minimal travel may be required for training); criminal background checks conducted.
HIRE Rate
$40,206.40 - 59,758.40 Annualized (Pay Level 24) / Commensurate with experience
CLASSIFICATION
Regular, Full-time, Non-exempt, Year-around/12-months Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
