Community Action Akron Summit is hosting a multi-site hiring fair on Friday, August 30, to fill positions for its Head Start centers and programs throughout Summit County.
 
The event and on-site interviews will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at four locations:

• Akron: Head Start at Five Points, 660 W. Exchange St., Akron
• Barberton: Head Start at Barberton, 315 East State St., Barberton
• Macedonia: Head Start at Macedonia, 852 Highland Rd., Macedonia
• Tallmadge: Head Start at David Bacon, 181 Strecker Dr., Tallmadge

On-site interviews will be conducted for qualified candidates for the positions of preschool teacher, preschool teacher assistant, infant/toddler teacher, recruitment & enrollment specialist and cooks. Community Action's open positions and requirements can be found at ca-akron.org/employment.
 
Attendees will meet with the Community Action team, be able to ask questions and be interviewed that day. Participants are encouraged to bring:

• Resume
• List of Three Professional References
• High School Diploma or College Degree (copy to be made on-site)
• Identification Card
